Mission Statement

The Apex Center is a non-profit multi-purpose facility.  We provide guidance to those without a direction, to those who are visionless, and to those who do not know how to achieve their vision. 

Purpose

Our purpose is to nurture and unlock the creative ability within the residents of our community who have displayed a talent or interest in art through technology.

We will deliver these services by providing quality programming in the areas of art, culture, and technology advancement.  Through technological training we will stimulate the imagination and inventive processes of creative artistic ability. 

Successively we will enrich lives by developing and implementing skills that will foster continued education in direct partnership with the long time established Adult Learning Center, the Alle-Kiski Learning Center and ultimately create employment.
